The Online Yoga Detox Retreat with Citrus Fruit in detail
This Retreat offers a great chance to start a detox routine.
A week of fruit detoxing does not only have an impact on the physical level but also can help greatly to establish healthy habits.
Often the first step ist the most difficult, but once taken things often go much easier.
The Body/Mind is like a computer, running on a program but sometimes a program ist just outdated and needs to be changed.
People who consume dairy, meats and industrial food have often parasites. A detox here can also help to break unhealthy habits and aquire a more healthy lifestyle with alive foods like fresh fruit and (raw) veggies, salads and berries.
A one or two week juicefast can kickstart the lymphatic system,
brings an abundance of alkalinity and improves every system in the body.
It is suitable for almost anybody (if you have severe conditions please do contact us beforehand for an evaluation)

Choose between eating the entire citrus Fruits (Orange, Grapefruit, Lime) or if you want to enjoy them freshly juiced
(Industrial Juice is a big NO-NO)
We suggest to start gently if you're totally new to (this way of) detox altogether,
so better start with ingesting the entire fruits instead of juicing them.
The amount of Juice you're going to be drinking is your choice, make sure you have a good source of ripe and ideally organic fruits. People usually need about 3 to 6 kgs of fresh Oranges or Grapefruits (can be mixed) per day.
We offer the possiblity to have a daily coaching session (of about 15min) for the ones who prefer a more personalized suppport.
This is escpecially recommended for people who are currently working healing (very) difficult conditions
There will be a daily group chat where we address our joy and struggles, where questions can be asked and experiences can be shared.
Sometime people ask if they can continue their work while detoxing. This is very individual. For some people this does not work while for others it is no problem at all. It has a lot to do with your experience with fasting and changing / playing with your alimentation.
If you're not sure about this but you can do the following: start with one day only fruits and then do one day only citrus and then one day just juice, like this you can prepare yourself up to the retreat. Remember the body likes smooth transitions and routine; to go on a 2-weeks juice fast if you have eaten 30 Years a SAD diet (standard American diet) would create a shock, so we do the changes smoothly, bit by bit, which does not mean that sometimes we should "flex our fasting muscle".

Q: can i follow my usual work routine or do i need to take off from work ?
A: this is very individual and depends mainly on your previous detox/fasting experience
Q: Can I choose another date ?
A: We recommend to stick to the given starting date, however you'll be able to replay all the videos after the
Q: Can I use also (only) Mandarines (Clementine) ?
A: We recommend not using those too much because they lack astringent properties. You might want to add a bit for taste but they're not very efficent from the perspective of regenerative detoxification
Q: How to access the daily Yoga and Meditation ?
A: You will receive an email with the Videos every day, they can be accessed for one week aftr release.
Q: Can I mix Orange, Grapefruit and Lime ?
A: Yes thats perfectly fine
Q: I'd like to partly eat the Fruits and partly do a Juicefast, how to do that best ?
A: That's fine, start with eating the fruit and then swich to Juice and stay there. Do an enema in between.
Q: Can I extend after 7 days to 13 days ?
A: Yes you can for an additional $ 120
Q: Why should I book this retreat if I can do eat Oranges on my own for a week or two
A: While it is very true that there might be no need for some to join this program, while others are new to changing diets and prefer to have some guidance and welcome a group experience (even if it is online)
Q: I'm not sure if this retreat relly suits me, i prefer to talk to somebody to see if it is the right thing for me
